These paid survey sites have been around for over a decade and with the current poor economy they seem to be even more popular as a way to create an extra income in your spare time. You might be surprised to learn that free paid surveys do work as a money making idea, even though they seem to have gotten a bad reputation.

Most legitimate survey companies online are free to sign up and provide you with a good number of surveys to take either daily or weekly. If you sign up with several you can be sure to take 10 or more surveys each week.

Each of these is a beginner companies that will help you decide if you want to do more.
